TrustBridge recently signed an MoU with the MSRDC as a strategic partner to provide advisory services for strengthening its capacity by supporting the corporation on litigation data mapping, and developing a litigation strategy, which can provide them with more visibility around the root cause analysis of contractual and operational disputes. TrustBridge has recommended MSRDC to shift from ad-hoc arbitration to institutional arbitration through a recognised arbitral body, replacing sole-arbitrator clauses. This transition will improve neutrality, predictability and procedural consistency in dispute resolution. The work is ongoing and forms part of a deeper effort to address the structural causes of high litigation and delays within the corporation. Our strategic partnership with MSRDC also includes Foundation for Economic Development (FED).
